Educate
Share the legal reality of knife crime — what the law actually says, what the consequences are. Use survey data to show young people how social media is affecting their peers.
Humanise
Survivor stories. Community voices. Mentor perspectives. Counter the dehumanising content that glorifies violence by showing real people and real consequences.
Redirect
Promote the Forged Futures programme by partnerships with local sports teams and personalities such as, Sheffield Steelers. Turn online attention into real-world action.
Engagement
We want to meet our demographic where they are, using social media to engage young people and signpost them to our events and 'Forging Futures' sessions.
